Beanie did surprisingly well on both flights. I was a little worried when before takeoff today she was already saying "No airplane!! All done airplane!!" but it went well nonetheless. She took a super long nap on the plane, so, while I am completely and utterly exhausted, she isn't ready for bed at all yet.
I have lots of stories to tell about our trip and I promise you they are funny. Um, how can they not be when you are staying with your inlaws??? I'm hoping to get it all into a post tomorrow, but I may have to break it down into chapters (heehee).
Just a snippet....
When we were on the shuttle (I almost typed shittle, see I am tired) to the parking lot today, one of the other passengers (a young girl about six) said "Oh, I hope no birds pooped on our car!" Everyone laughed. Another (adult) passenger said, "I think we all hope that!"
Hmmm....it was funnier in my head? Maybe you had to be there? Anyway, if you want to hear about angels & the shrine, spinach nuggets, GPS, super creepy guy and more just check back soon.

ReplyDeleteSo glad you are home! I can't believe you were only the next state over and I couldn't get it together enough to make it over there. UGH. Anyway, can't wait to hear more stories and the bird poop girl on the shittle was HILARIOUS, don't you worry about that not being funny. HILARIOUS.
